    Due to the physical size of certain items and the vast selection of arms and armors available, some of these items may be shipped directly from the manufacturers. Our manufacturers do their best to ensure that all items are in stock. In the event that they are our of stock the item will be backordered. Backordered items are usually shipped within 30 days.


    Weapons Sales Terms and Conditions

    • No weapon shall be sold to individuals under the age of 18 in any country.
    • Please be advised that proof of age may be required upon delivery of your item.
    • It is the sole responsibility of you (the customer) to be aware of laws surrounding the ownership and/or importation of weapons in your area. Neither Asgard Gifts nor Asgard Gifts' owner or employees will be held liable for any fines or penalties incurred by your (the customers) purchase (ownership) or importation of weapons.
    • Our weapons are sold in unsharpened condition. We do not offer a sharpening service.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sharpened weapons.

    All orders including weapons will be required to complete the "Weapons Sales" section on the check out page verifying that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of weapon sales and that you are 18 years or older or your weapon(s) will not be shipped, you will be refunded for the weapon(s) in your order.

    About our shipping fees:

    Canadian and United States Orders: Orders with a $3.50/4.00 shipping fee are mailed regular mail. Orders of $10.00 and up are mailed with insurance orders of $45.00 and up are mailed with insurance and delivery confirmation/limited tracking.

    International Orders: Are shipped via Canada Post, Fedex, or UPS. We choose the best method to ship your item(s). Large orders do require insurance and therefore cost more to ship. Please email us for more information.


    Orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
    Items we have on hand will be mailed out within 2 business days, shipment time for these items will vary, generally 2-4 business days in Canada or 6-12 business days to the United States or international. In the event that the item has to be shipped from a manufacturer the item may take longer to get shipped out, but will be shipped with rush delivery so you will receive it as soon as possible.
    All of our custom jewelry is made per order, please allow an additional 2 weeks for production before shipment.

    Most orders will arrive in 6-12 business days. There are many reasons why your order may not arrive on time. Two of the most common ones being federal holidays that may occur in any country your order has to pass through and customs. It has been our experience that customs tends to cause the longest delays. Because of all of these unknown factors we can not offer delivery time gaurantees.

    What do we do if your order is late/lost:

    All orders shipped with insurance are replaceable if lost. However this will not be an immediate replacement as the postal service will have to do an investigation to confirm the package is indeed lost. They will not start this process until 15 business days after the latest expected arrival date. After they have confirmed the package is lost we will ship out a replacement order.

    If you have any questions regarding our shipping fees please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order. Orders placed with an incorrect shipping method chosen are subject to correction or cancellation. Cancelled orders will be refunded via your payment method.

  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Asgard Gifts is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Asgard Gifts charges sales tax for merchandise and shipping fees for orders within Canada.  In Ontario we charge full HST (13%) in all other provinces we charge just the GST (5%).

  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Asgard Gifts reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    We will gladly refund you your purchase price, minus shipping and handling within 10 days of receipt of any item you wish to return provided the item is in new condition and in original packaging. Please contact us via email of your intent to return the item, we will then contact you with the return information.

    Any item received broken or damaged we will replace provided we are notified within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us via email regarding the damage and we will provide you the return information. The broken item will need to be returned to us, we will refund you the shipping cost and send you a replacement item.

    PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US REGARDING THE RETURN

    Casting and shipping times for custom jewelry

    Orders placed Wednesday to Sunday will be cast on Tuesday.

    Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be cast on Thursday.

    Most pieces will be finished and shipped 5-7 days after casting.
    Some orders may take longer.

    All orders are shipped as soon as your payment clears.
    We will email you to let you know when your payment has been recieved and again when your payment clears and your order has been shipped.

    Please note that lettermail between the United States and Canada takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive, international lettermail may take much longer.
